Description
• The invoicing mode defines whether product prices include or exclude taxes, which directly affects:
- Invoice totals
- Tax calculation
- Printed and digital invoice layouts.
Tax Inclusive
Tax Inclusive (All Taxes Included)
Type: Radio selection
Description:
Prices include all applicable taxes.
When selected:
- Product prices already contain taxes.
- The system:
- Extracts tax amounts from the price
- Displays the tax breakdown on the invoice
- The invoice total equals the sum of displayed prices.
User interface and system impact:
- Invoice calculations update immediately.
- Effects:
- Invoice totals
- Tax lines
- Printed and PDF receipts

Description:
Prices do not include taxes.
When selected:
- Product prices are considered as net prices.
- The system:
- Calculates tax separately
- Adds tax to the subtotal
• The invoice shows:
- Subtotal (before tax)
- Tax amount
- Final total

- The invoice layout updates instantly.
- Used for B2B or accounting-focused environments.
Typical use case:
• Commercial invoices where tax must be indicated separately.
